Golden Arrow Reports Exciting New Gold Results from the Noemi Target at the San Pietro Project, Chile

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 2, 2025 — Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSXV: GRG) (FSE: G6A) (OTCQB: GARWF) is pleased to report results from its summer exploration program at the new Noemi target within the San Pietro IOCG Project in Chile.

Additional mapping and sampling at Noemi have expanded understanding of a north–south structural system that hosts significant gold with anomalous copper. Mineralization is mainly in veins and veinlets within breccias and locally in the surrounding host rocks.

Program highlights

  • 24 of 50 new samples returned > 1 g/t Au.
  • Continuous chip channel intervals across the main structure include: 10.0 m @ 1.88 g/t Au; 8.0 m @ 1.66 g/t Au; 10.5 m @ 1.82 g/t Au.
  • Main structural zone mapped over ~1 kilometre strike, average width ~25 m and up to 40 m at surface.

Outcrop is sparse and the main breccia system remains open under cover in all directions and is untested at depth. Subparallel structures were found up to ~300 m from the main structure and returned multiple significant gold values, including a program high of 5.67 g/t Au in a 0.30 m wide structure.

“Our initial impressions of Noemi were that it looked interesting for its potential to add resources similar to Rincones and Colla. What we did not expect was to also find this extensive gold-rich system, which is already impressing us with its width and grades but also in the continuity it is demonstrating. What we have identified so far has been through very limited sampling within what is a large area that has the potential to host a significant amount of gold and copper. We are very excited with the results to date, and we are going to continue exploration to delineate drill targets as a priority for our next exploration drilling campaign. Discoveries like Noemi make us appreciate the size and potential for multiple deposits at San Pietro.”

Next steps

An excavator is being mobilized to complete trenching, detailed mapping and sampling, and to test extensions where the system is covered. The breccia-hosted gold-copper mineralization at Noemi (associated with tourmaline alteration) may be related to the Lolita Norte target outcropping ~3 km to the west and shares similar orientation and mineralogy.

Exploration area and geology

The Noemi target covers roughly a 2 km by 3 km area located ~7 km south of the Rincones resource. Main units mapped include fine-grained andesites, tuffs and volcaniclastic rocks intruded by a microdiorite with some gravel cover. Noemi is characterized by scapolite–actinolite–magnetite alteration associated with IOCG-style copper mineralization and an earlier tourmaline alteration assemblage associated with a north–south structural system mapped over ~1 km by 750 m.

Surface sampling summary (selected results)

50 new samples were collected (48 chip channels plus 2 individual samples from historic dump material). Nearly half of the samples assayed over 1 g/t Au. Copper values vary, with 14 samples > 0.1% Cu. The weighted average for 39 samples within the breccia corridor is 1.52 g/t Au.

Methodology & QA/QC

Chip channel samples were collected by the technical team and shipped to ALS Laboratory in Copiapó, Chile. Gold analysis by fire assay (30 g) used method Au‑AA23 at ALS Santiago; multi‑element ICP-OES (ME-ICP61) was performed at ALS Lima, Peru. Samples over copper limits were re-assayed by ore grade method Cu‑OG62. Golden Arrow applied standard QA/QC procedures with blanks and standards inserted in each batch; no significant QA/QC issues were detected.

About the San Pietro Project

San Pietro targets multiple IOCG (iron oxide–copper–gold) plus cobalt deposits across >21,000 hectares located ~100 km north of Copiapó in the Atacama Region of Chile. Golden Arrow has completed an initial Mineral Resource Estimate for the Rincones and Colla deposits (NI 43‑101 Technical Report filed on SEDAR+).

Golden Arrow operates San Pietro through its 75%-owned Chilean subsidiary, New Golden Explorations Inc.
