Golden Triangle Surges: Infrastructure & $5K Gold Ignite Revival

Issued on behalf of GoldHaven Resources Corp.

USANewsGroup.com — News Commentary

VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 6, 2026 — Gold’s historic 66% rally in 2025 has reset capital allocation across global mining markets, with investors prioritizing jurisdictional stability over speculative frontiers. British Columbia’s government moved to accelerate permitting reforms in December 2025, committing to a “one project, one review” coordination with Ottawa while maintaining environmental standards. This convergence of price momentum and regulatory certainty positions GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF), Thesis Gold Inc. (TSXV: TAU) (OTCQX: THSGF), Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (OTCPK: TDRRF), Goliath Resources (TSXV: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF), and Seabridge Gold Inc. (NYSE: SA) (TSX: SEA) at the center of what analysts are calling the Golden Triangle’s infrastructure-driven resurgence.

Major banks are forecasting gold between $4,900 and $5,055 per ounce by December 2026, with UBS targeting $5,000 as central bank buying and fiscal uncertainty support safe-haven demand. B.C.’s $195 million Highway 37 infrastructure investment directly supports critical minerals development in the northwest, reducing project risk while improving community access across territories where proven geology is now meeting accelerating investment flows.

GoldHaven: Magno Project and Regional Progress

GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) announced preliminary assays from its Magno Project in northwestern British Columbia, confirming high-grade silver, tungsten and indium mineralization across its holdings (36,973.294 hectares) including recent acquisitions. The summer program verified historical showings and expanded the geological understanding of a district-scale polymetallic system adjacent to the historic Cassiar mining district.

Analysis of 357 samples returned bonanza silver grades up to 2,370 g/t Ag, with lead values exceeding 20% and zinc up to 3.8% at the Magno and D-Zone carbonate replacement occurrences. Across the property 45 samples returned more than 100 g/t Ag, indicating widespread precious-metal potential across multiple targets. Indium — a strategic mineral for electronics and renewable-energy technologies — was identified for the first time on the claims with values up to 334 ppm alongside zinc grades exceeding 16%.

Tungsten mineralization at the Kuhn and Dead Goat showings returned consistent values between 500 and 5,000 ppm; 32 samples exceeded 1,000 ppm W, and the highest grade reached 6,550 ppm at the Vines Lake occurrence, a newly defined showing that requires follow-up. The program defined new tungsten zones and identified high-priority drill targets.

GoldHaven’s field work verified and defined historical grades laterally and over significant elevation changes. The Magno and D-Zones are interpreted as parts of a larger hydrothermal system currently defined over 350 metres vertically and 1.5 kilometres along strike. Geochemical zoning shows similarities to Coeur Mining’s high-grade Silvertip deposit, while elevated gold–bismuth–tellurium associations suggest potential for intrusive-related mineralization that will require further sampling and mapping.

Beyond B.C., GoldHaven completed its inaugural diamond drilling program at the Copeçal Gold Project in Brazil (nine holes, 1,085.7 m) testing priority targets and reporting bornite (a copper-rich mineral), suggestive of a potentially substantial gold–copper system. The company also confirmed high-grade copper at the Three Guardsmen Project with surface samples up to 15.85% Cu.

GoldHaven now controls approximately 133,186.16 hectares across proven mining jurisdictions in Canada and Brazil, with multiple projects advancing and a 43-101 Technical Report supporting the work. Additional assays from Copeçal are pending.

Other developments in the Golden Triangle

Thesis Gold Inc.

Thesis Gold Inc. (TSXV: TAU) (OTCQX: THSGF) has initiated the Environmental Assessment and permitting process for its 100%-owned Lawyers-Ranch Gold–Silver Project at provincial and federal levels in B.C. Recent financings brought Indigenous communities (Kwadacha Nation, Tsay Keh Dene Nation and Takla Nation) on as shareholders, aligning local interests with project advancement.

The Lawyers-Ranch Project hosts an indicated mineral resource of 2.274 million ounces of gold and an inferred resource of 5.453 million ounces. The company plans to initiate a Feasibility Study in 2026 and benefits from established infrastructure including highway access, three-phase power and cell coverage.

Tudor Gold Corp.

Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (OTCPK: TDRRF) provided a year-end review outlining 2026 objectives to advance the Treaty Creek Project. Recent financings (~$24.5M) position the company to pursue development of a mid-size underground mine targeting higher-grade gold. The 2025 drill program (5,052 m in five holes) intersected mineralization within and between the 300N and 300H Zones, including 2.31 g/t Au over 54.00 m, with an updated mineral-resource estimate targeted for January 2026.

Tudor expects to receive a permit for underground exploration in 2026 to enable year-round drilling of the Goldstorm Deposit and definition of the SC-1 Zone. Surface exploration will target expansion of Perfectstorm, CBS and Eureka zones to support future resource estimates along the Sulphurets–Treaty Thrust Fault.

Goliath Resources

Goliath Resources (TSXV: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF) reported high-grade drill results from its Surebet discovery at the Golddigger property, including hole GD-25-383 with 7.28 g/t Au over 8.00 m within 5.85 g/t Au over 10.00 m in an Eocene granitoid dyke. The company expanded the high-grade Bonanza Zone to 1.25 km east–west and confirmed continuity in the Surebet Zone extending 1.2 km; visible gold was reported in 92% of holes across the 1.8 km² system.

Goliath completed 64,364 metres of systematic drilling in 2025 with nine rigs; assays are still pending for many holes. The company is funded for a 40,000–50,000 m 2026 drill program to continue expanding this discovery.

Seabridge Gold Inc.

Seabridge Gold Inc. (NYSE: SA) (TSX: SEA) advanced toward a KSM partnership with a preferred candidate, carried out site visits with three JV finalists and completed ~8,500 m of geotechnical drilling (117 holes) to support a forthcoming Feasibility Study. The company also advanced infrastructure work for the Treaty Creek Terminal switching station to connect KSM to renewable power from BC Hydro.

Seabridge announced plans to spin out its subsidiary Seabridge Gold (NWT) Inc., to be renamed Valor Gold, which owns 100% of the Courageous Lake Gold Project in the N.W.T. Courageous Lake hosts measured and indicated resources of 11.0 million ounces of gold (avg. 2.36 g/t) plus 3.3 million ounces inferred; reported proven and probable reserves total 2.8 million ounces at 2.6 g/t.
