HeyGears has launched its new Reflex 2 Series of resin 3D printers, designed to meet diverse production requirements for industry professionals and creative studios. The Reflex 2 Pro and Reflex 2 deliver enhanced productivity, reliability and scalability across a variety of 3D printing applications.

Reflex 2 Pro: Go Beyond Prototypes, Start Production

The Reflex 2 Pro supports a wide range of professional production scenarios, from prototype validation to the production of end-use parts. It features a build volume 2.3× larger than its predecessor with a Z-height of 350 mm (230 × 144 × 350 mm / 9.1 × 5.7 × 13.8 in), making it suitable for 3D-printed footwear, orthotics, prosthetics and sports protective gear.

At the heart of the Reflex 2 Pro is the 1032 OptiZone Light Engine with 1,032 individually controlled light zones. This enables precise light projection for consistent surface quality and optimal curing while minimizing resin residue and improving production efficiency. The Amber Screen Pro achieves about 10% energy transmission and significantly improved durability with over 6,000 hours of operational life.

The printer also includes a precision FOC motor module delivering 25,600 microsteps per revolution for high-precision positioning under high load and speed, supporting stable and repeatable batch production.

An intelligent scraper-assisted temperature control system optimizes printing success by efficiently heating resin, reducing wait times and preventing sedimentation to maintain optimal printing conditions.

Reflex 2: Complete Production Empowered

The Reflex 2 offers a build area of 230 × 144 × 230 mm (9.1 × 5.7 × 9.1 in) and uses a 161 OptiZone Light Engine together with the same Amber Screen Pro technology as the Reflex 2 Pro. It is aimed at product designers, studios and companies that rely on 3D printing for prototyping and creative work.

Both Reflex 2 Series models support a broad range of high-performance materials, including the newly introduced PAH270 resin, which provides high deformation resistance and thermal resistance up to 270°C.

With the Reflex 2 Series, HeyGears seeks to expand the capabilities of resin 3D printing, giving professionals and creatives the tools to move from prototyping to production.
