Octillion Expands Supplier Agreement with Vision Marine to Power Next-Gen Electric Boats from its Nevada, USA Facility
RICHMOND, Calif., July 21, 2025 — Octillion Power Systems, a California-based leader in high-density lithium-ion battery packs for electric vehicles, has announced an expansion of its partnership with Vision Marine Technologies Inc. to produce high-voltage lithium-ion battery packs for marine propulsion systems from its Reno, Nevada facility.
Under this agreement, Octillion will manufacture Vision-branded battery packs for the E-Motion™ 180E electric outboard system, exclusively for U.S. distribution. These battery packs are designed to withstand harsh marine environments, offering high energy density, durability, and ease of integration, making them suitable for both commercial and recreational use.
