OPTIMUS TECHNOLOGIES AND MITSUI & CO. EXECUTE STRATEGIC MOU FOR GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION OF BIODIESEL SOLUTIONS
PITTSBURGH, Dec. 9, 2025 — Optimus Technologies, a leader in advanced biodiesel engine technology, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”), a diversified global trading and investment company operating across approximately 62 countries. Under the agreement, Mitsui has secured exclusive distribution rights for Optimus’ Vector System™ and related products in Japan, India and ASEAN countries.
This expansion builds on an existing collaborative foundation between the two companies and reflects a shared commitment to delivering scalable, practical decarbonization solutions during a pivotal period in the global energy transition.
As many industries reassess timelines for electrification and hydrogen adoption, fleets and operators face an urgent need for commercially viable, sustainable alternatives today. Through this partnership Optimus and Mitsui will accelerate deployment of proven biodiesel solutions across Asia, helping organizations make measurable progress toward carbon reduction goals while meeting tough economic and operational requirements.
