The Barnes Global Advisors Appoints Jesse Geisbert as Senior Program Manager to Lead Advanced Manufacturing Initiatives in Support of the Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base Program
PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Oct. 7, 2025 — The Barnes Global Advisors (TBGA) announces the appointment of Jesse Geisbert as Senior Program Manager, strengthening its leadership in advanced manufacturing strategy and program execution.
In his new role, Geisbert will lead TBGA’s advanced manufacturing efforts in support of the Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) Program, an initiative focused on driving modernization and workforce revitalization across the defense industrial base. This strategic hire underscores TBGA’s commitment to enhancing the capability and capacity of the industrial base to build and repair surface ships, aircraft carriers, and submarines, work that is critical to national defense.
Geisbert brings more than 18 years of experience with the Department of Defense, most recently serving as Director of Advanced Manufacturing for the Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base Program, where he led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across the Navy’s shipbuilding enterprise.
